Fringe Flowers

 These beauties can be added to any project as filler flowers. They are quick and easy to make !! lets learn how to make different types of fringe flowers!!

Material Required : 1. Quilling strips 10mm, 5mm, 3mm and 2mm 2. Sharp scissor as there will be lot of cutting 3. Quilling tool and glue 4. Binder clip (if required) Note : I have used gradient color strip for my last project. In India only Shilpi brand sells it.
