Quilled Swirls Tutorial

 Swirls add a "Wow" effect to any floral arrangements, also acts as a filler in many projects. In this video I have shared some easy and quick ways to make quilled swirls for your next projects. Also it requires very less raw materials.

Materials Required:

1. Green Family color quilling strips of size 11"

2. Tweezers

3. Scissor 

4. Glue.
